Hat hire in 4 steps
Our hat hire is a sustainable and affordable alternative to our bespoke, made to order service. We aim to make the whole experience as simple as possible. Choose, book, wear, return.
Step 1 Choose
The quickest and easiest way to to pick your hat is online. Browse the styles and make your choice. Alternatively you can make an appointment with the studio to try on the hats. If would like some extra guidance please feel free to ask with years of experience we can help guide you to your perfect hat.
Step 2 Book
Once you have chosen your hat you can check availability and book online. We offer a standard 5 day hire period for all online bookings. We send the hats via Royal Mail special delivery within the UK. Your hat will arrive before 1pm on Day 1 of the hire period. Prices range from £50 upwards. No surprise charges. Free tracked delivery and returns within the UK. A fully refundable deposit of £50 is held against all bookings. We only have one of each hat available so please book in advance to avoid disappointment. If you need to hire a hat for longer period, for example to attend a wedding abroad , please contact the studio to arrange.
Step 3 Wear
The fun bit , dress up and enjoy your event! We include instructions and images to illustrate how to position and secure your hat. Our top tip is a practice try-on ahead of the event, then, if you have any questions, there is time to ask, we are always happy to help.
Step 4 Return
We supply a pre paid return label with the hat. After the event, on or before day 5 of the hire period, carefully pack the hat back into its box & packaging. Use the same packaging to return the hat if possible , it’s the most sustainable & cost effective solution. Place the return label over the original label and take to the post office. Once we receive the hat we give it a quick check and then we release the deposit back to you .
